Senior Manager/Supervisor

Help Shape the Future of One of Northern California’s Strongest Independents.

At Alameda Electrical Distributors, we’re not just another distributor — we’re a third generation, independently owned company built in Northern California for Northern California. We've grown into a strong regional leader across Northern and Central California, ranked among the Top 50 in our industry nationwide — without losing the local spirit that got us here.

About Us:
Two companies, one focus – we are ALCAL – comprised of Alameda Electrical Distributors and California Service Tool.

With 15 locations and counting, we serve commercial, industrial, and residential contractors, facility managers, and OEMs across Northern and Central California. Our specialties include electrical supplies, gear and lighting project management, industrial automation and controls, tools, safety, and specified products.

We’re not owned by a billion-dollar corporation. We’re not driven by Wall Street.
Here, your voice matters. If it makes sense, we do it.
Here, you’re not a number. You have the power to directly impact our business, our people, and our clients.

Our mission is simple but bold: Be our clients' most trusted partner, driving their success in the communities we serve.

We’re bold enough to grow, but small enough to care. We are ALCAL, and we are looking for a Branch Operations Manager I who shares that spirit and ready to lead our Sacramento team.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
